Alex's Muddy Boots Journey took him foraging for natural flavours in France, Denmark and onto South Africa where he learned to create fresh flavoursome beers. Back in the UK he combined his passions for wild food, travel and beer to create Earth Ale, a range of delicious food-pairing beers.
